Parent coaching is a collaborative process that supports you in becoming the parent you truly want to be.
My approach, grounded in Appreciative Inquiry and Reflective Inquiry, is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, uncover your strenghts and co-create a personal and parenting path that feels authentic and sustainable.
Because you are not just a parent - you're a whole person.
Every parent is an individual first, and there is no true parenting journey without a personal one. The growth we hope to nurture in our children begins with our own. That's why I like to say that I don't coach parenting issues, but people who parent.
No, it's not like therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and the future.
While we may explore past experiences and how they've shaped you, those insights are used to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths and move closer to the reality you want to create.
Coaching is supportive, forward-focused and action-oriented.
Parent coaching can be especially helpful when:
You're feeling overwhelmed or stuck on a parenting challenge
You want to parent with more intention, clarity and confidence
You and your partner are looking to align your parenting styles and approaches
You're craving a deeper, more connected relationship with your child
You feel open to change and ready to reflect on your own patterns and beliefs
You recognise that taking care of yourself is essential to showing up fully for your family, and you seek support in making space for that
As a PCI Certified Parent Coach® and Personal Coach, I support parents through a wide range of everyday and developmental challenges. These includes sibling rivalry, setting screen boundaries, navigating routines with an ADHD child, handling tantrums, building emotional regulation, managing bedtime struggles, encouraging cooperation without yelling, and reconnecting with your child after conflict.
If you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure, you are not alone. Coaching can help.
Yes. Coaching before becoming a parent helps you reflect on your values, explore your upbringing and step into parenthood with greater awareness and intention.
Parent coaching is for anyone raising children - whether you're a single parent, part of a couple, or co-parenting after separation. You can come on your own, with your partner or with the co-parent.
The focus is on strengthening your relationship with your child and supporting their development, regardless of your family structure.
Change takes time, especially in human relationships. I typically work with clients over 8–10 weekly sessions (1h each), creating space for reflection, growth, and lasting change. Some need fewer sessions, others prefer more. Returning clients often come back for shorter, focused journeys of 2–4 sessions.
Rates in ZAR: R700 per session (1h) or R4800 when booking a 8-session discounted package (which works out at R600 per session).
Meaningful and sustained change takes time. Real shifts often happen through reflection, small adjustments and ongoing support. The 8-session journey, spread over a couple of months, allows us to explore patterns, deepen understanding and build practical strategies in a sustainable way. It gives space for growth without rushing the process.
Rates in US Dollars: $60 per session (1h) or $400 when booking a 8-session discounted package (which works out at $50 per session).
Rates in Euros: €60 per session (1h) or €400 when booking a 8-session discounted package (which works out at $50 per session).
I am a PCI Certified Parent Coach® based in Cape Town, South Africa. Sessions are available online, or in-person for clients also based in Cape Town, if preferred.
Yes. I offer a free, 30-minute intro call. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you're looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit. There's no pressure - just a space to explore whether this journey is right for you.
Yes. I work with parents of babies, toddlers, school-age children and teens. The focus is always on your relationship with your child, whatever stage they're in.
Not at all. Some parents seek support during tough times, while others simply want to grow, align their parenting or deepen their connection with their child.
Coaching is about growth, not crisis.
No. My role isn't about giving you rules or prescriptions.
Instead, I ask meaningful questions, offer reflection and tools, and help you find your own answers - ones that align with your values and your child's needs.
While I draw inspiration from Montessori principles, conscious parenting and respectful communication, I don't follow one specific method.
Instead, I help you discover what feels most aligned and authentic for you and your family.
You won't find my coaching practice on Instagram. You can read more about this choice here.
