Welcome to Living Undivided (the "Site"). By accessing or using this website — www.parentcoaching.co.za — or booking any coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

This Site is intended for informational and personal use only. You may not use it for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site or services without written permission.

2. Coaching Services

Living Undivided offers parent coaching services designed to support personal growth, parenting alignment, and family connection. These services are not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical advice, or therapy. Coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical support, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Booking & Payments

Sessions must be booked in advance using our online scheduler or by contacting [hello@parentcoaching.co.za].

Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., [Stripe, PayPal, etc.]).
By booking, you agree to the posted rates and cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee.
If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergency, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and resources — is the intellectual property of Living Undivided and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or coaching services in a way that:

Harasses, abuses, or harms others
Violates any laws or regulations
Attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to offer supportive, ethical, and professional services. However, Living Undivided is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

You agree that your participation in coaching is voluntary and that you are responsible for any decisions or actions you take during or after coaching.
