My motivation.
As a child, I always had a meta-level understanding of the dynamics between children and adults. I found myself quietly observing the relationships and experiences around me. I often noticed that many adults didn’t seem entirely natural in their interactions with us children—as if they weren’t fully themselves. I remember thinking it was odd.
Now, as an adult, those feelings and memories have translated into a profound respect for children. I'm constantly inspired by their authenticity, their innocence and their endless curiosity. I have a natural ability to step into their world, see things from their perspective, and I truly enjoy connecting with them. I've learned so much from children, and I often find myself healing my own inner child through my interactions with them.
As an adult, I’ve also developed a profound compassion for parents. Their love for their children is immense, yet so many are navigating this journey without the support or guidance they need to be their most authentic and confident selves. Societal pressures, unrealistic standards set by social media, and the influence of their own childhood experiences (how they were parented) can leave parents feeling disconnected from the joy of parenting and from being truly present with their children.

My story.
Hi, I'm Martina. Originally from Italy, I’ve called South Africa home since 2011.
2017 was a life-changing year for me. Not only did I become a mother for the first time, but I also lost my own mother unexpectedly. Grieving her loss while stepping into motherhood was incredibly hard. At the same time, raising my children far from family, culture, and without a proper support system brought its own set of challenges.
Both experiences stretched me in ways I never could have imagined—but they were also deeply transformative.
They revealed a quiet strength within me and became the foundation for a more intentional, authentic way of living and parenting.
Free from many external pressures and expectations, I found the space to redefine who I am, and the kind of parent/person I want to be.
My journey.
My work with parents began informally in 2017, mostly within Montessori environments, where I created spaces for new moms to connect, share, be vulnerable and learn from one another. These early experiences showed me the power of community, empathy and presence in parenting.
After earning a Master’s in Business Management and spending over 12 years in a marketing career that never truly reflected who I was, in 2021 I left my corporate job to give myself a new chance.
Since then, I’ve followed a path that feels deeply aligned. I started a business, Amaranto Collection, to support parents with educational materials designed to spark meaningful conversations with their children.
I also formalised my calling and completed a 12-month graduate-level program through the Parent Coaching Institute, in collaboration with Pacific University in Seattle, becoming a PCI Certified Parent Coach®.
Today, I help parents tap into their strengths, live in alignment with what truly matters to them, and embrace their unique parenting journey with greater clarity and confidence.
I currently live in the breathtaking city of Cape Town with my family—Enrico, Eva, and Olivia.
